Hi, I’m Jazz — founder, beauty lover, and the creative force behind Beauty By Jazz.
What started as a personal passion for makeup quickly turned into a mission: to help women and young ladies feel confident, beautiful, and unapologetically themselves. I believe beauty is more than just appearance — it's energy, expression, and empowerment.
I was born and raised in Norway, with roots in the beautiful Gambia — the smiling coast of West Africa. As an Afro-Norwegian woman of colour, I’ve always embraced identity, culture, and creativity as part of my beauty journey.

A turning point came when I started following a powerful pastor on social media. Her messages felt like they were meant for me. I joined her inner circle and read her book “You Gotta Get Up” — a true wake-up call. It pushed me to stop waiting and start moving. So I did. With faith, boldness, and purpose, I stepped into my calling.
And now — here we are. Beauty By Jazzis not just a brand. It's a leap of faith. It’s rooted in love, light, and scripture. Many of my glosses are even named after my favorite Bible verses, like Amos 9:13, reminding us all that beauty and belief go hand in hand.
